Content on this website is for general information. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or investment advice. Indicative fees and durations are estimates; binding terms appear only in a signed engagement letter.

No online payments

This site does not process payments or checkout. Engagements are invoiced under contract after scoping.

Engagements

Audit work begins only after both parties sign an engagement letter covering scope, access, fees, confidentiality, and deliverables. You must provide accurate information and timely access to systems and personnel within the agreed windows.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and our methodologies remain Digitaltrendlab property. Deliverables issued under an engagement are licensed for your internal use as stated in the engagement letter.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through forms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Digitaltrendlab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability for contracted audit work is limited as set out in the engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
