This notice explains how Digitaltrendlab handles personal data collected through digitaltrendlab.digital and during audit engagements. We are based at Valley Centre, Wan Chai District, Hong Kong.

When you submit a contact form we receive your name, email address, selected audit type, and message content. If you engage us, we may also process business contact details, role titles, and records needed to perform the audit under the engagement letter.

How we use data

We use contact details to respond to scoping requests, deliver contracted work, invoice, and meet legal or professional obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use limited cookies as described in our cookie notice. Preference choices are stored locally in your browser under a brand-prefixed key.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who host email or infrastructure under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Audit fieldwork data is handled under engagement confidentiality terms.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period. Engagement records are retained according to the engagement letter and applicable professional retention norms.
